Michelle will use chairs to support and enhance your practice, enabling optimal body alignment with less strain. You will safely explore and access more challenging asanas and explore the benefits of yoga at greater depth, regardless of age, physical condition or experience.

This dynamic yoga class requires students to have at least 6-months of Iyengar Yoga experience. It is not for Beginner level students.
