Evenly balanced between Sirsasana (Rajaic) and Sarvangasana (Tamasic), this class make people “feel good” and be able to sleep well afterwards. Tim will explore the solid foundation of the core inversions, developing a daily practice, modifications of poses, use of props and variations.
