Women’s Essentials taught by Lynn Holt.

This is a class for women with a focus on postures that build strength, reduce anxiety, and
will improve your pelvic health. There is no experience necessary for this class and you will
benefit from attending.

If you are pregnant, please book into our therapy class where you will be provided with more
specialised support during your pregnancy.

This class is for you if you are interested in learning more about
  • How your practice can support you during your menstrual cycle
  • Promoting circulation and tone to the abdomen post-partum
  • Building strength, flexibility and lubrication for the joints to maintain an active lifestyle as you age well.
