This is a gentle paced and well-supported back care class that will help bring mobility to your body with an aim to prevent ongoing issues. It is a group based class with students following the same sequence. The class is suitable for all level of students including those new to yoga. 

The class will run for 60-mins only.

It is not suitable for students who have an existing chronic back issue and who have ongoing pain. We recommend that these students attend the Yoga therapy class on Thursdays at 12:15pm.
