Slow Paced Yoga with Rita

Offers a variety of asana sequences in a slower motion that nurtures subtleties of key actions. 

We look closer at the shape of poses and holding them, to inter-connections between poses - with focus on centre of gravity, sense of direction, and how the breath connects body & mind. 

We explore groups of asanas in a calm in-depth manner, to mature practise.
