This casual class specifically caters for pregnant women and is taught by Rita under the guidance of Marina.

During pregnancy there are immense physiological and emotional changes. Prenatal yoga is designed to promote optimal physical and emotional well-being in the pregnant woman and prepare
her for childbirth.

Emphasis is placed on posture, strengthening and extension of the spine, and creating space for the baby to move freely. Particular attention is placed on breathing.

Yoga aids in relieving fatigue, backache and indigestion. It improves circulation, breathing and quietens the nervous system.
