Advanced Led Practice
Tim will lead an Advanced Led Practice class each Thursday morning @ 6am.
- Will develop the more advanced Asanas, including a full range of forward + back bends, twists, and inversions
- Should be able to hold a 5-minute free headstand to attend, or otherwise know how to modify headstand in the case of neck problems.
- Suitable for students with a minimum of 5 years regular class attendance and with a regular home practice.
The session will run for 2-hours.
