Beginners course (8-weeks)
  • The starting point of yoga – for those new to yoga.
  • Will learn the basic foundations of yoga – Asanas.
  • Course $150 for the term (8-weeks)
  • Gives access to 2 linked weekly classes, Monday 7:45pm & Wednesday 7:45pm
  • Gives free bonus access to the Saturday 8:30am Beginners - this class needs to be booked into in advance.
  • Total maximum classes is 24 during the 8-week term.
  • Pass and bonus classes are valid during the term of purchase only.
  • Casual attendance $20 per class.
